Does FuHouse manage rental properties in Epping?+

Can I change property managers while a tenant is in place?+
Yes. Changing managing agent does not itself end the tenancy. Once the notice requirements in your current management agreement are met, FuHouse can coordinate the handover of keys, lease, condition report, ledger and maintenance records.
Do my tenants have to move out or sign a new lease when I change agent?+
No. The existing tenancy continues on its current terms. The tenant is simply given the new managing agent contact and rent payment details, while the bond remains lodged through the existing NSW rental bond process.
How much does FuHouse property management cost?+
Management fees and other charges are provided in writing in the management agreement before you sign. Ask for the full fee schedule with your free rental appraisal so you can compare it with your current arrangement.
How long does it take to switch from my current agent?+
The timing depends on the termination notice in your current management agreement. Send FuHouse a copy and Fred can help identify the notice requirement and plan the handover.
What is included in ongoing property management?+
FuHouse coordinates rent collection, routine inspections, maintenance communication and owner reporting, as well as leasing support when a new tenant is required. The agreed scope and fees are documented in the management agency agreement.
Is bilingual service available?+
Yes. Fred Fu provides service in English and Mandarin for local and overseas landlords.
